The location of the hotel was great, very close to the train station and easy to access different parts of the city. The room was clean, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. An added bonus was the free breakfast which was tasty and saved us some money.

The check-in process was quite frustrating as there was no one at the reception to assist us. We had to wait in front of the closed door for quite some time before we were able to check in. Also, the walls were quite thin which meant we could hear our neighbours talking and showering, which impacted our sleep quality.

The Christmas spirit was alive at the accommodation. I loved the fact that they had a Christmas tree up and decorated, and they even left a small present for us on the bed. the location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and a beautiful sea view. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ensuring our needs were met.

The shower temperature was not consistent, and it was difficult to find the right temperature to wash. the breakfast was not great, and there were limited options.

The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well.
